筆刷偏離所畫位置怎麼辦?

當使用筆刷時，不論是電繪版還是滑鼠，當畫完放開後，筆刷都會偏移一點點,這樣畫的東西都接不上，想請問這是什麼狀況?
(ps.已經從新載卸安裝過但還是一樣)
