3D Transform Tool doubling what I ask it to do.

I've been having trouble with the 3D Transform Tool. Moving a movie clip symbol on any axis via the 3D Transform Tool appears to double what you ask for. For example, I click and drag a movie clip symbol's Y axis by 25 degrees and as soon as I let go of the mouse it will instead rotate 50 degrees. I have tried it on 2 separate computers in new files, I did not have this issue 2 years. Could it be a bug in the 2023 and 2024 versions of Animate?

As far as I remember bugs with the 3D transformations have been reported multiple times.

They are among hundreds of other bugs that have been plaguing Animate since the introduction of the so-called Advanced Layers.

This issue is happening since 2020 at least. It has already been reported to the Animate team several times but so far no solution.
