3D Tunnel Made from 2d images

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right place but I've scoured the internet for days looking for a way to do this. I basically want to make a looping tunnel animation out of 2d photos where the images are the wall of the tunnel. I'm not sure what sofeware/s to use or approach to take. Plaese help.

After Effects is certainly capable of handling this kind of animation.

Animate may also be capable, but we are going to need some sort of reference. Do you have?
