A website base on Adobe Animate

New Here ,

Hi

My company wants to start a website base on Adobe Animate.

We've asked many vendors to build a web site for us.

They said that flash is not good option at all. And adobe animate is also not a good option for web site.

One of the vendors said that Adobe has stopped developing Adobe Animate 2 months ago!!

I understand the flash is bad for web site, and animate edge is no longer available.

But Adobe Animate just started 2 years ago, how can that be stopped?

Anyone please help answer if is it true that Adobe Animate will die soon?

Is it a bad idea to build a web site based on Adobe Animate? Is the near future, browsers would no long support flash/ adobe animate?

Please advise.

Thank you

Jin

animate's not dying soon.

using animate to build a flash/swf website isn't a viable long-term solution because future web browsers won't support that, but that's a completely different proposition than using animate to create an html5 website.

using animate to publish an html5 website would be viewable by all modern browsers (including mobile browsers) now and into the foreseeable future.
