Adobe Animate 2023 ŞTransparent Video Import and Using

I am creating video in Adobe After Effect form transparent images in the form of PNG sequance. I create QuickTime or AVI formats where I can use Alpha Channel so that these videos have transparent backgrounds, but Adobe Animate 2023 does not have feature to transfer transparent video content other than .flv .f4v. I am getting an error importing .mov and .avi to create .flv and .f4v files, I tried both the included converter tools and programs such as VLC media player, Shoutcut, but I could not manage to import the bacgorund of the videos transparenty and the quality of the videos was also very low. Is there a plugin, etc.? I don't know how to use transparent video in Adobe Animate 2023?
