Adobe animate 2024 crashes on startup

I know there are bunch of these posts, and I also tried fixes, like firewall, run as admin, clear prefs... but nothing worked. 
So is there a way to fix this (reinstalling windows is out of the question, I've done that like 2 months ago, I'm not going with that again)
Or does anybody  maybe know some alternative for Animate?

how are you opening animate?

I tried through adobe app, and tried directly on animate icon, and also as admin.
On my laptop it works ok, but on desktop it crashes

Yes it does. I use some of the other adobe products, after effects, premiere, illustrator, photoshop and audition.

create a new user account and install to that new user.
