Adobe Animate CC 2018. H5 animated font black padding

I am working on an H5 project. The animated font is in addition to text when generating animations. It seems that Adobe Animate CC 2018 is not compatible with individual fonts. Some fonts are filled with pure black.

Can someone help me?
