Adobe Animate CC 2019 Brush Issue

I've Been using Adobe animate for about 3 years now, after the recent update whenever I use my brush tool It draws the line but once I let go of the brush stroke it disappears entirely, this used to happen maybe once or twice in total when I used Adobe animate 2018 or 17 but its at the point where I can't even draw a stick figure without it deleting my line as I draw it. I would like to know if it's on my end or a problem with Animate, This only happens when I use the latest version of animate.

Can you provide us with more information on the device that you are using, it's OS and version number? Also, most issues of this nature are resolved by updating graphic drivers. Can you visit the manufacturer's site and see if there are any pending updates that need to be applied? If all is well, contact Adobe tech support Contact Customer Care for investigation.
