Adobe Animate CC 2019 Crashes On Splash Screen

Hi I just got a new PC and installed adobe animate 2019. Whenever I try to open it, it loads templates and documents and crashes and disappears without any error. 

My pc specs:

Processor- Intel i7 11700F  2.5 GHz  4.9 GHz

GPU- GeForce GT 1030 2GB GDDR5

16 GB ram

512 GB SSD, 2TB HDD

Windows 10 pro 21H2

how did you install 2019 (as opposed to cc available versions)?

Upgrade to 22.0.5. See if that fixes the issue.
