Hi All,

Is there a way to enable swiping on touch enabled devices (phones and tablets) in a HTML5 Canvas document.

What I want to do is this ...

Swipe left go to "frame_name" and for "previous_frame_name" swipe right.

I appreciate your help.

Hi Rodillion,

That article is way beyond my comprehension. I need more of a step-by-step tutorial. It doesn't even mention Animate CC on the API documentation.

It seems like there should be some Adobe documentation on Adobe Animate CC HTML5 / Canvas swipe gestures. Does anyone know where to find the docs?

I appreciate your help.

Thanks.

I'm not sure why you marked your own reply as the correct answer. You may want to change that. In any case, this link may help, it has some links to video tutorials and some additional information on swipe motions: Swipe left and right gestures

Hi Rob,

Yeah. I have seen that one already. It is talking about Adobe "Edge" Animate CC 2015. I'm using Adobe Animate CC 2017. It really doesn't help me. I guess this is not a feature that is supported by AA.

Also thanks for pointing out the "Correct Answer" setting. My mistake.

Thanks.
