Adobe Animate Complete Beginner

Hi 

I am a beginner using adobe animate v21.0 (just started a few days ago). What would one recommend in order to learn this software? Are their recommended tutorials that cover the basics apart from the hands-on and online adobe tutorials?

All i'm trying to do in order to start is to make animated hand gestures (like clapping hands or snapping fingers). Please help.
