Adobe Animate Crashes every time I select the top menu bar.

I am unable to use Animate 2021. Every time it crashes. The issue seems to be with the top menu bar. Please help!

Neither of those options worked. I have been on with support for THREE hours and nobody can solve this.

what's your os?  what animate version? what's been tried?

Windows 10

Everything under the sun. Reinstalls, Creative cloud cleaner. Restarts. New users. Both 21 versions have issues.
