Adobe Animate Crashes on Launch

I have tried all methods to stop this crashing but it still crashes on launch.  All other adobe apps launch fine.  I'm using Windows 10.  If anybody has any suggestions I would love to hear them.

Make sure you have Adobe Animate version 20.02.
