I have the latest version of Adobe Animate 2021. My computer has 16GB of  Ram and uses a corei7 9th Gen processor. Everything in Animate works, EXCEPT THE ASSESTS PANEL. The moment I put my cursor over when of the assest, specifically the animated ones, Animate crashes. It doesnt matter if I've been working in the program for hours or 1 minute. The moment my cursor is over an assest, animate crashes. Has this happened to anyone else? How can I fix it?

i don't see that.

does your activity monitor (mac) or task manager (win) show over-working of anything or do you hear a fan ramping up?

if not, reset your preferences.

first, create a custom keyboard shortcut if you have none

reset your preferences*

confirm you were successful by verifying a reset of the kb shortcuts

recheck your assets panel
