Hello Everyone,
I need your help, its been a week since I experience this problem on my project.
- I am having a problem with my adobe animate, I already setup a dropbox for backup and restore purposes and setup a file history on windows for me to restore previous version of my project if ever I experience a file corrupting when saving my project. However, even the old version is corrupted when I try to restore it.
So heres the scenario:
1. When the project file is on animation problem is not occuring.
2. When the project file is on Clean up, problem occured. When I am saving the file, it can be save but when I reopen it error occured "Could not load scene into memory. Your document may be damaged."
- The rig/character is still there but most of the character parts is missing... like head is there but body, hands, etc is missing.
3. When I try to copy the layer to new flash file for me to retrieve my work. I can't paste it. Nothings happening.
4. I try to fix it by using winrar tweak, but no luck for me.
