Adobe Animate HTML5 Publishing Issue

I am using Adobe Animate to create HTML5 creative - when I go to publish the creative and export it into a new folder, click "Publish" and go to check the location it was supposed to be saved into there is nothing. I've noticed it's also not remembering the name I am inputting as the file name, it always reverts back to "Untitled". Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

create a new file

click file > save as > navigate to your desktop and assign an os-safe file name > save

any problem?
