Adobe animate issue

When I do an action such as creating a tween or adding a keyframe, my timeline shoots to the bottom for some reason.     ALSO, sometimesI click anything, the screen gets a little white and all i see is one timeline. Is that because I am right clicking unconsciously?      If you have an answer do know that i sdont convert my assets to symblo and I just take the.svgs out of the libraray and use them. Im on windows 11
