Adobe Animate Keeps Crashing

when I insert audio and get to aroud frame 150-200 it just freezes my pc for a few seconds then closes the app, and also its never able to find my autosave.

you may be at the limit of what your computer can handle when animate freezes, but you can try resetting your preferences to see if that helps:

 



uninstall animate including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

restart your computer

 

reinstall animate and test that fla.

Might want to lower your display resolution to 1920 x 1080 px. Animate doesn't run well in high DPI settings.
