Adobe Media Encoder not working

I've been trying to export my animation, but the file never shows up in the queue in Media Encoder. Can someone help me out?

make sure the versions match

Does this mean I have to update both apps?

what are their version numbers?

Animate is 24.0.3, Media Encoder is 24.4.1.

open ame, then export your video from animate

[Ant_Honey]

I tried that, it still didn't work unfortunately.

are you using a mac?

No, I'm on Windows.

uninstall animate

uninstall ame

restart your computer

update your cc desktop app, if possible

reinstall animate

if ame was not automatically installed, too, let me know.
