Adobe's windows and tools are all gone and I am unable todraw

so two days ago adobe was working just fine but when I came to open it today , the windows and tools were all gone I tried to reopen them but it didnt work , there is also a weird triangle with an exclamation mark in it near the mouse and I cant draw or do anything , I am also using adobe animate crack 2018 , I dont really know what to do

Did you accidentally "hide" things by hitting the F4 key? That's probably what you did - hit the F4 key again to toggle the UI back on.
