Animate 2023 quits on launch from 'unknown error'

need help with this-

whenever I launch animate 2023 (on windows) i get a popup saying 'unknown error, quitting application' no matter what i do

uninstalled and reinstalled three times reset preferences and even used cc cleaner 

is there any way I can fix it?

It looks like adobe animate 2023 is not compatible with windows 11 yet. It's hard because it's not compatible with macOS Ventura yet either. https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/windows-11.html

I have windows 11 and it runs fine.

Well, there have been many complaints that Adobe Animate 2023 does not work like it should on the new Mac or Windows OS's and has errors, crashing, and slow playback issues.

uninstall animate including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

check for, and if available, update your  win 10 os. (ie, it's not necessary to update to win 11, but update to the latest win 10 version)

repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)

update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall animate.

open animate.
