Animate 21.0 crashes after update on Macbook pro

My Animate 21.0 crashes after update on Macbook pro… how can I solve this…

Hi

I'm having the same trouble.

I'm on an iMac and have the other new creative cloud apps installed and working fine (Photoshop, Illustrator etc).

I installed the latest version 21.0, and each time it attempts to open it crashes.

I've then deleted the app and Adobe CRDaemon in Activity Monitor, then reintsalled a few times.

It still crashes.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Still no fixes and reply from Adobe… what if you use Animate for a living! 

Unbelieveable this is not fixed yet or pretested properly…
