Animate and Character Animate access to older versions

I need to use Animate and Character animate to help my son with a college project, studying at University of arts London. The latest version is not compatible with my Mac. I have ticked the show older versions box in preferences but they do not appear on the downloads page?! I can't afford to buy a new computer and I am paying a lot each month to use Adobe but can't access the software!

You can download Animate 2019 and 2018 from here:

This source is perfectly legit.

Try 2019 first. 

After the install you may need to repair your CC App, if the list of installed programs can't load. To do so, on the mac run uninstall, but choose repair instead.
