google tutorials that are close to what you want.  you might want to check warp tool tweening, too.

When you open Animate, you'll find some sample files at the bottom of the start screen. You can open those to see how various parts are set up.

I would also like to know some good tips. How does one learn to animate as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality?

read messages 1,2 and 3.  start with things you want to do now.  animate is too complex and versatile to learn everything in one week or even one month.
