Animate CC 2017.2 publishing to Flash Player 25?

I have Animate CC 2017.2. In the Publish section, the highest listed Flash Player version is 23. Is there a way to publish to Flash Player 25? Thanks.

Explain what features of Flash Player 25 you want to make use of from Flash, that would not be used by a version 23 SWF.

You do understand that if you have Flash Player 25 installed and run a version 23 SWF, it still runs in Flash Player 25, correct?
