Currently running the animate CC 2020 Trial through creative cloud on windows 10. The program launches fine, but if I try to enter the tutorial or open a workspace of any kind the program crashes and the crash report comes up.
I've tried restarting my computer, resetting preferences, uninstalling and reinstalling, running as admin, changing my user permissions, disabling firewall, and running the creative cloud cleaner program. Still crashing at the same time.
