Is Adobe planned to add WebAssembly feature as publish option and if yes will it be fully Actionscript compliant?

Don't worry, I won't say "no, it's hard"!

I don't know specifically what Adobe's plans are for publishing to WebAssembly. I know they're always looking at other platforms to support. But, when it does exist you may need to only have features that are achievable in a browser. StageVideo for example directly uses hardware decoding, and having that work from within a web page may be not as possible as it is from within an AIR app.
