Hi,
I experience a problem where Animate CC (2018) crashes on Mac Pro(i5 + 8GB RAM) and mini (i5+16GB RAM). It's a bit complex file with nested movieclips and sounds on timeline. It exports fine on windows with 4GB RAM and i3 Processor. I experience the crash every time I export that file. I faced this issue on some other files and eventually I moved back my development to windows. This is a bit frustrating since I bought new mac book and cannot use it for development.
I investigated by removing each layer one by one and exporting. Some times it is crashing when exporting a sound file sometimes it is crashing while generating JS code.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm attaching the file that is causing issues.
Compilation of abundant, complex vectors can do this - I've seen it before. The approach I've taken is to identify which objects can be simplified or converted into bitmap data previous to compile. A good example of this would be the internals of complex symbols or even the root background elements.

Thanks for the reply. I eventually used a windows machine to compile it and used the files in mac. Yes it could be a complex vector graphics or a very large sound file.

I also observed that in some cases a large file name for audio file in library also causes this issue. If I rename the file to a shorter name it exports fine.

I could reproduce this issue consistently now. If the file name has more than a specific number of characters, AnimateCC crashes when published (29 characters in my case). This happens only in Mac.
