Animate cc error when import psd text as vector outline

"The import did not finish because an unknown error occurred" shows up when I import my photshop files text to a vector outline in Animate cc. I've worked with psd files in animate for years and now it causeing me to have this error if there is any text in my file.

you're doing better than me.  my animate (23.0) crashes when i import a psd file with text and when i drag and drop one.  the same file without text, no problem.

looks like an animate bug.

can you remove your text in ps and readd it in animate?

Through process of elimation I realized it was the text making the whole PSD import crash. I was able to convert the text into shapes and that made it so I could import the PSD.

I've also been having the issue if I use the arrow keys when naming my file to plublish, the whole dialog box disapears. Has that been happening to you?

why would you use arrow keys to name a file?
