animate cc hangs again and again

aniamte cc is not working well....... it hangs again and again......... when i import file from illustrator it take 20 to 25 mins for importing........ at the time of working on animate cc run intermittently........ and camera of cc needs lots of improvements....... please rectify my issues.

reset your preferences by uninstalling them with the cc app during an app uninstall
