Animate CC Sign in Issue

I installed the Adobe Animate trial, when trying to start it up creative cloud asks me to sign in. I sign in and then Animate closes, never starting. No matter how many times I tried it wouldn't start up. I even tried all the troubleshooting options on an official Adobe support page, nothing worked. I tried uninstalling Adobe Animate, and restarted my computer many times. Can anyone help?
