Has anyone else tried to animate realtime brush strokes (so you can see the brush strokes happening as if you were filming someone drawing)?

Because I'm struggling.

Also, it's really hard searching for help when the both the noun (Adobe Animate) and the verb (to animate) are the same. Why couldn't it just be called Flash? For example, "animate brush strokes" lets me find info on Animate's brushes.

Hi mate,

For not too complex drawings you can just keep the strokes as Drawing Objects, erase them over a number of frames and then play the frames in reverse.

As to why Animate is called 'Animate' - because of useless marketing morons who came up with the dumbest most dysfunctional name in the world.
