Animate reproduz animação feita dentro do movie clipe

That is how movieclips work. If you want to scrub the timeline and see the animation you should make it be a Graphic, and set it to play once, or loop perhaps.

Are you exporting to video? If you are, in the export dialog is an option for "Stop exporting" (in English that is), and you can choose "When last frame is reached" or "After time elapsed". For a single frame timeline you would want to type in a number of seconds that you want the animation to play for. If I do that with your file I get the animation.

Something else to worry about, there are cases where having Unicode characters in your file name can lead to problems. Using non-accented characters for file names is a good idea.
