Animate se cierra de golpe cada vez que intento exportar un gif

Hola!

Tengo que crear muchos banners por trabajo y caaaada vez que voy a exportar un gif es darle a exportar se cierra de golpe. Toooodas las veces. He desinstalado y vuelto a instalar y el problema persiste.

Tengo la versión más actualizada del programa. Agradezco mucho cualquier tipo de ayuda!

Bueno, de hecho se me cierra también cuando voy a pegar cualquier cosa desde Illustrator. Básicamente para poder guardar un banner de imagen estática tardo 10 minutos por cada uno.

Even if I could (haven't tried) it would still shut down the moment I try to export the project. For every banner it shuts down when I import any vector from Illustrator, everytime I try to export and sometimes also when I import to the library. It's not an isolated issue.

Ehhh...no. Animate shuts down unexpectedly when doing different things such as: importing elements to the library, trying to save a gif and pasting elements from illustrator. The problem is Animate and at this point it's basically unbearable and can't really work with Animate since every 30 in shutting down.
