animated graphic isn't working

The first image is the export second image is what it's supposed to look like the third is the actual graphic and the fourth is the like mask or whatever that was turned off

layer_3 is your mask, correct?

if so, unhide it and test.  does that change anything?

I think i found main problem. The graphics effect, is an image that won't go to transparency. Do you know why?

convert your bitmap to a symbol (graphics or movieclip) and then apply your fade to the symbol.
