Animation being deleted

My whole animation got deleted!!! First when I was animating the intro for BFS, the stage got all pixelated and rotated! Then I closed and reopened adobe animate and my MONTH of working is gone!!!! This has been happening a lot lately!!! Is there a fix? pls tell!!

yes, save frequently with increasing version number appended to your file name.  periodically close and open the most recent version to confirm it's not corrupted.
