I am trying to play music by downloading the music file uploaded to the server.
Given the actual results below, which of the two affects server traffic?
I have no way to actually test it, so I'm asking.

 

1. url file size => 4.2MB
2. url loaded bytesTotal => 1.2MB

ignoring what you posted (because it makes little sense), the bytes loaded per time determine the needed connection speed.
