Assets mising

Just starting to learn this great  program, but I don't see any of the example assets in my Assets tab, except a couple of rigs. Nothing else, no characters, no backgrounds, nothing.

If I  look at the bottom of the Assets panel, I see an alert that says Download Failed. If I click the download button next to it, the applicaiton says Unknown Error, Quitting Applicaiton.

Using Mac Mini, OS 11.2.1. App is up to date according to Creative Cloud.

do a unintall and reinstall and make sure you have the latest version of Animate. 21.0.4
