Anime does not accept adding me to the sound, 
and I learned that anime does not accept the sound unless it is just use 16bit , also 441khz , 
 but I do not know how to make the sound like that. Please help

What audio files are you trying to add? What errors are you getting when you try to add them? Can you screenshot any errors or link the audio files you are using?

I can never import .mp3 files so I have to convert them to WAV in order to use them with animate. You can convert using the Adobe Media Encoder if you have a full Creative Cloud subscription. Otherwise there will be websites you can use to convert to WAV. Give it a try and see if it works 🙂
