Audio is removed in animation export

Hi I'm using the Adobe Animate CC 2019 on Windows10

I made a short animation and I imported a music as usual File > Import > Import to stage but then when I played it with KMPlayer the audio was removed; I played it with other players too but still there was no audio. I  exported it again but it was useless. So what should I do?

use actionscript or createjs to play your audio, or add it to a timeline to play it (which happens by default when you import to stage).  and why are you using kmplayer, at all?

I did the same thing but exported video has no audio.

you didn't mention video in your first message. 

you should use the video component if you're creating an html5 project or the flvplayback component in an as3 project.  there are other ways to play video, but those are the easiest to use.
