Auto rigging Animate Cc

Hi, i am a beginner in Animate cc , auto rigging is only working with sapmle character given in animate cc , When i create a character and apply rigging it dismantles like a flower ,there are no tutorial or any user guide to solve this issue , I also tried a plugin EDAP magnet rigging its also not working with Animate cc 2021, please help me to sort this issue out
