Auto-save did not work in Animate

I've been working on a project for 3 hours and the project closed itself. I didnt even leave the app and when I re-opened the project, all the progress I had made was gone. I checked for recovery files and once oppened, it was still the old, unworked version of my project. Is there any way for me to find my project, that should've been auto-saved, since I did have the feature enabled? Is there a version of it somewhere? Because I'm lost dont know what to do...

im on windows 11 and i looked through basicly all my files related to adobe and adobe animate, is there a spesific place i sould be looking ?

if you have auto-recovery enabled, yes.

yes i do and i just recovered the  verson of the file that has nothing on it

not empty but it had a save from before all my progress so not anup to date recovery but it was made yesterday

prevent in the future by saving frequently with increasing version number appended to the file name.

if you failed to save, and the auto-recovery file is unhelpful, you have no options.
