AVM2 package doesnt contain all functions

I have a decompiled swf file and i try to debug and compile it by doing some changes on it , but when i try to debug it , it gives errors 

why avm2 package doesnt contain these functions where can i get the package

i changed target , but i just have air 2.5 version

why it doesnt work when i use air 25 or 26 version

and when i try to add air 3.6 sdk or others it doesnt allow me to add by manage adobe air sdk

you don't need 3.5.  you need 3.5 or later.  25 and 26 are both later so i wouldn't expect that error. 

but then again, you decompiled a swf (and edited it) so there's likely a problem introduced by the decompiler.

but when i look into avm2.intrinsics.memory package there is just two functions casi32 and mfence there is not functions which my code needs like " li8 " , " si32 " etc why ?
