Banner ads blurry text and shape

I'm creating banner ads for a campaign and I'm having an issue where only a specific text and shape layer are blurry:

All text and shapes are converted to movie clip symbols and the only difference is that the middle text and shapes change tint at one point. 

Any help is much appreciated.

that looks like an image of text in the middle.  remove it and retype the text.

So I just figured out was causing the blurriness - it's because I was animating tint on those layers and assuming it's caching them as bitmaps when publishing. Is there any way around that other than duplicating the layers and making them the desired colours?

that i don't know.  but the more geegaws you add to text the more problems you can expect when viewed on different devices.  ie, don't mess with text.  add your "enhancements" elsewhere (which can be behind or in front of your text and accomplish nearly the same thing).
