Bring back the ability to install Adobe Animate 2017. New versions slow down, it's impossible to work. The interface is cumbersome and inconvenient. The colors are terrible and not customizable. I'm a high level pro I know what I'm talking about, you make the program worse and worse.

most adobe download links (including cc 2017) are available from prodesigntools.com. https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-direct-download-links.html
follow the directions (esp, step 1)
save the install file. it may not remain online.

p.s. imo, i don't think there's much difference in the interface since the first post flash cs6 version, and even cs6 is basically the same other than new feature. the old features work the same.

Thanks for trying to help, unfortunately the old version does crushed on loading screen. Because they apparently do not support new versions of software and hardware.

Adobe animation 2017, 2018 also tried.
I have a new system, the latest hardware, and apparently some of it is not supported by the old revisions.
When i start the program, a red boot plate appears (red for animation 2017 2018) and crashes almost immediately. It crashes when it says "loading document templates" (perhaps this phrase is not accurate, I have a non-English version).
Video card drivers, C++, Frameworkworks installed.
Somewhere on the Internet I read that the problem is in the fonts of the new Windows 10, but I did not find a solution to this problem.
And the new version causes rejection in me, a lot of small problems that make the program disgusting.

reset the cc desktop app: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
if that fails, try to repair

if that fails go ahead and uninstall using the correct uninstaller from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes... and then reinstall
if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:
uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired.
update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud
if you're unable to download the cc desktop app at this stage, use the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
