Camera tool makes parts lose transparency

Whenever I try to use the camera tool on a scene, the transparency of some shadow parts I made becomes 100% visible instead of what I set them at. They still are marked as transparent in properties, but they look completely opaque as if nothing happened.

I don't think it is possible for anyone to understand what's happening with your project without looking at your file. I am hoping that one of the experts here will take up an offer to investigate your file.

So what you are saying you have added effects to a symbol like a drop shadow and when you move the camera tool the transparent shadow goes back to 100%? Can you record this issue and show us so we can see it in action?
