Can't access the bottom part an image over 4000 pixels in a MC

I'm using Flash CS6. I use scrollbar component to simulate scrolling window. The picture is over 4000 pixels in height. It seems I can't access over 3357 pixels to the bottom when editing, although it plays to reach the bottom when playing.

Is there a fix to this?

Thanks,

Thanks for the help.

Just tried, but it still can't go over that limit. If I choose show all, it stretches only the area about 3350 pixels.
