Can't find where to change audio sync settings in adobe animate

Im using action scrip 3.0 and Im trying to change the audio sync settings to stream. The only problem is I can't find where to change the sync settings. I'm pretty sure it was under properties.

Hi,

you need to click the audio frame(s) on the actual timeline to get the Properties panel to display like Clay showed. Don't click on the stage.
