Can't get .swf files

Hello! I have been having trouble lately trying to export my animation as a .swf. I simply cannot figure out how to do it. I'm on a Surface Pro and didn't have this problem in the past on my Mac. Please help me out, thanks!

Is File > Export > Movie... missing?

Well, if you created it as an HTML5 Canvas document that might be the problem.

Look at your publish settings. You may be saving to a folder. Can you see the swf that’s made when you use Test Movie?
