Can you get files back after crash?

I was working on a character for the popular indie game "Friday Night Funkin" when I suddenly couldn't open Adobe Animate without it crashing. I restarted my Pc and I opened it, It crashed once more and then I got it working. But when I went to open recent, I could only find old Fla's. PLEASE HELP!!! I worked really hard on this!

if you have auto-recovery enabled open AutoRecoverFilenames.txt** and see if there was a saved file and, if so, check the folder location listed.
